💬 General FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by region).

Can I reserve or pre-order items?
Not for this drop — all items are first come, first served, unless clearly stated as a pre-order. Once an item is sold out, it’s gone for now.


👕 Product & Sizing

How do I know what size to get?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart and fit guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit.

Will items restock?
We can’t guarantee restocks. However, if there’s high demand, we may bring back select items. Follow our Instagram for updates.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping:
Please allow a week for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order items:
Please allow 6–8 weeks for dispatch (this will always be clearly stated on the product page).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and typically range between $10–$15 AUD for domestic orders.


🔄 Returns Policy (No Exchanges)

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How do I initiate a return?
Please email rawbeings0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
No — we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Refunds
Refunds cover the total cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees ($10–$15 AUD) are non-refundable.


🚚 Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.

If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided, we are unable to intervene. If the package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us via email. Once received, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping fee.

Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent

Hang or lay flat to dry

Note: Washing or drying on high heat may cause shrinkage and alter fabric treatments.
